Program Description

We send text messages about rentals you have requested or reserved with us. Messages may include:

• Booking confirmations
• Delivery and pickup time reminders
• Balance-due notices and secure payment links
• Reminders to finish an incomplete booking
• Cancellation, weather, and rain check notices
• Occasional requests for a review after your event

All messages relate to a rental you have requested. We do not use this program to send unrelated promotional blasts.

How to Opt In

You can join the program in any of these ways:

• Online booking form: select the text-consent checkbox during the billing step when you book a rental.
• By phone: give our staff verbal permission to text you about your rental. We record the date, time, and exact consent wording in our booking system.
• By text: send START or SUBSCRIBE to our messaging number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can complete a rental without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by rental. A typical booking receives a small number of messages tied to the milestones of that rental, such as confirmation, reminder, and balance notices.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. My Party Inflatables, LLC does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You may still receive email or phone contact about an active rental.

Supported Carriers & Delivery

Delivery of text messages is subject to your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for text message notifications are used only to communicate with you about your rental. We never sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
